Dear Mark and Diane,
We would like to express our thanks to you for a wonderful service. Your compassion and efficiency made this whole experience so much more bearable for us especially since our beloved Labrador - Bindi passed away on Boxing Day. It is clear you are the right people for this much needed business. Your care and understanding were so very evident in both your literature and in your personal dealings with us. The Rainbow Bridge philosophy and your Website's help with grief were invaluable to us in coming to terms with our loss.
Many thanks once again.

Hi again Diane, I just got home with Patch, and thought that I should write a short note to you to thank you once again for the kindness you showed our little mate. You took the time to help put my mind at rest when I bought her to you on Monday, and even before that, when I knew her time was close, Mark also took the time to speak to me on the phone, It was a comfort to be able to spend some time with her to say a last farewell in your chapel. The time that you spent talking to me, and answering the many questions that I had, and understanding how it would be done has made it so much easier for me, and I thank you so very much. Thank you again for looking after our friend on her final journey.
Best Regards,
Cliff Sherar

Dear Diane
Thank you does not seem enough for all your comfort support and advice during our bereavement loss and grief associated with the loss of our beloved Tippy.
We don’t have many friends as we have been hurt too much and we found that lost friendship in our pet. It was very comforting to know our pet was entrusted to your professional care and returned to us as a lasting fitting tribute to return home.
Thank you once again for everything you have done for us during our end of life experience.
yours sincerely
Michael & Steven

Hi There,
Just wanted to say a very big thankyou for the love and compassion and care you gave us in our time of great sadness at the loss of our beautiful Ned. I knew in my heart on Monday when we left Ned with you that he would be taken care of very well and treated with the utmost respect.
It's so hard at home with out him here ....part of our family is missing at home at the moment. Every time I feel sad I just stop and think at least he isn't in pain or suffering anymore.
But thankyou Again ......It means so much .

Dear Mark & Diane,
Just a note of thanks for the kind and caring manner in which you helped us in dealing with one of the hardest decisions we have ever had to make, saying goodbye to our beautiful Border Collie, Harley. She gave us sixteen and a half years of absolute joy and truly devoted love and losing her has left an enormous hole in our lives. Eventhough we know we made the right decision it was one which we wished we would never have to make.
We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for the kind words, support and professionalism you showed to us and Harley during this time.
Lisa and Nigel Hill.

Dear Mark and Diane,
I have just picked up the ashes for our rotty Angus from Warren at Woodberry.I would just like to thank you both from the bottom of my heart, the compassion we recieved threw this sad time.I made a few phone calls to you guys about my dog, before he passed as well and found that, for the second time around, you still have so much compassion and the service, of Gussy getting cremated quickly was just appreciated. He was home to us quickly. In June 2009, you looked after us for the 1st time, with our cat Beau. That made us come back the 2nd time. We are fortunate to still have our cat Seth and boxer Tess, but will return most certainly when their time comes. Once again, thankyou so much,it made our sad time more comforting.
Regards

Dear Mark and Dianne,
From the bottom of my heart I would like thank you. The love and compassion you showed to me and my boy on his last day will forever be with me. I had to have my best friend Zacky put to rest late last year, which was by far the hardest thing I have had to do. Making the decision to let him go was the hardest part. I called Dianne half a dozen times in one day. I cried and cried and couldn’t talk- You let me know that everything was ok. You gave me time to make my decision. I chose to have you come and collect my boy from our home. Mark arrived he gave me the time I needed to say goodbye. You gave me the strength to cry and let my boy go. You showed me that you knew he was such an important part of my life. You understood that he was and always will be my best friend. We talked about his life and what he means to me. You made sure he kept his dignity and his pride. He was no longer old and sick- He’d lived a great life and had made me so very happy. Once again he was everything I love about him. His last moments with me were beautiful and they will stay with me forever.
I can’t thank you enough.
Love Kirsty and Zacky.
Testimonial - Curline Family
We have today brought our beautiful boy home to rest.
The ache and emptiness will take some time to heal. That can not be disputed.
We now fully understand.
Mark and Diane displayed the utmost empathy and consideration throughout. They are like us because they truly love animals. If you visit them, they are surrounded by them.
Sadly, they have also suffered recent losses within their extended animal family and you can see it in their eyes. Tears are plentiful.
As I said to you this morning Diane, I wish we had met you under different circumstances. That big fella Mark is a good man.
Thank you for being so understanding, supportive and giving of your time.
You may not fully appreciate how much you have helped us. Then again……you may.
Thank you.

Fairyland Midnight Fury - The black stallion (miniture horse)
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did for our wonderfaul boy. He was a special part of our family for the last 9 years and will be sadly missed. Its hard to imagine that he is not coming back, you just expect him to come running to you when you go outside and give you that special little whinny that he had. He was a gentleman in every way and had impeccable manners with horses and humans alike. He espelically loved it when all the kids would pay special attention to him. He is running in horsy heaven now with all the other wonderful horses and one day we will meet again.
Thank you again from all the De-Lucchi Family

Dear Mark and Diane,
We can't thank you enough for your help and support with the loss of our beloved donkey Alice, who sadly passed away on the 8th October 2008 at the ripe old age of 56.
Your sincere and caring manner, just helped us with our sad time. Your professionalism with the arrangements was also impeccable, leaving us without the extra burden of worry or stress.
Our Alice was certainly a character and the boss of all animals at the Sanctuary and they all knew it too. They knew she was like the "Grandmother" to them all, and even my own 17 hands high thoroughbred horse adored and respected her immensely. We know that our beloved Alice is up there looking down on us all and we'll miss her terribly.
With Sincere Thanks
